We build websites and provide business tools for service-trade owners, as described on our site. Specific deliverables, timelines, and any custom terms for your project are confirmed with you directly before work begins.
2. Pricing and payment
Our package is a one-time fee of $2,499, paid in full to begin work. There is no subscription, retainer, or recurring charge unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Our guarantee — revisions until it's right
Before your website goes live, you will have the opportunity to review it against the scope we agreed on in writing. If the delivered website does not match that agreed scope, we will revise it until it does, at no additional cost. Because work begins promptly and the fee covers custom work performed specifically for you, the fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Once you approve the website and it goes live, the work is considered delivered and accepted, and the project is complete. This guarantee covers the website delivery described in our written agreement. It does not cover a change of preference or mind, requests that go beyond the agreed scope, or third-party costs you pay directly to others (for example, domain registration or payment-processing fees).
4. Your responsibilities
To deliver on time, we need your cooperation — including timely content, photos, business details, and feedback. Delays in providing these may extend timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for the lawful operation of your business.
5. Ownership
Once your project is delivered and paid in full, you own your website and its content, on your own domain. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and methods, and may reference the work generally in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Tools and results — no earnings guarantee
Our pricing calculator, job analyzer, materials estimator, quote builder, and review tool are provided to assist your decisions. Any figures, estimates, or examples shown on our site or in the tools are illustrative only and not a promise of results. Your actual revenue, savings, pricing, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific financial result, and nothing on our site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the revisions guarantee described above, our site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
9. Third-party services
Our work may involve third-party services such as domain registrars, website hosting, Google Business Profile, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our site or services means you accept it.
